Our
Mission
We help kids become confident, kind leaders. Our camp gives Toronto youth a safe, supportive place to practice these skills while having fun and building meaningful friendships.
We believe leadership isn’t about being the loudest or the bossiest — it’s about communication, empathy, teamwork, and the courage to try new things.

Why Leadership Skills Matter for Ages 7-12
The preteen years are one of the most important stages for building strong social and emotional foundations. At this age, kids are curious, imaginative, and eager to express themselves — making it the perfect time to introduce leadership in an age-appropriate way.
Build Social Skills
Learn how to communicate clearly, listen thoughtfully, and collaborate with others.
Succeed in School
& Beyond

Our Approach
We’ve designed our program specifically for youth ages 7–12 with a structure that works for all families
Modular Learning
Each week has its own theme, so campers can join anytime during June, July, or August without missing essential lessons. Every week stands alone and provides a full leadership experience.
Personalized Support
We keep our group sizes intentionally small to ensure every child feels seen, heard, and supported.
Hands-On Activities
Games, team challenges, problem-solving tasks, art, storytelling, and outdoor movement turn leadership into a fun adventure kids look forward to.
Real-World Scenarios
Through kid-friendly situations — like planning a mini event, solving a team challenge, or presenting an idea — children practice leadership in ways that build confidence for school, friendships, and everyday life.
